Great taste starts with quality ingredients and careful preparation. We choose coffees with their own character and origin, bringing out the best in every bean. The same care guides our café kitchen: we use, for example, organic milk from Saaremaa, flour from Loona Farm and organic eggs from Äntu. We believe that well-grown ingredients simply taste better.

Fresh

We roast coffee regularly and in small batches so its aroma and flavour reach you fresh. In the café, we prepare food on site and, whenever possible, use seasonal, fresh ingredients. That is how we make every cup and every bite as good as it can be.

Organic

We roast only organic coffee and care about where it comes from and how it is grown. Not all the ingredients in our café kitchen are organic, but whenever possible we choose ingredients whose growing methods and quality we trust. We use, for example, organic milk from Saaremaa, flour from Loona Farm and organic eggs from Äntu, because we believe well-grown ingredients are better for flavour and the environment.
